Stone Bridge Phase II — Property Overview
Stone Bridge Phase II: Latimer County Oklahoma Land for Sale
Stone Bridge Phase II continues west from Phase I in the San Bois Mountains, about 13 miles north of Red Oak on the Latimer and Haskell County line. Its tracts run larger than most at Stone Bridge, from a little over 12 acres up to nearly 79, so this is the phase to look at if you want room to spread out. McAlester is about 35 miles west, and Oklahoma City is around three hours away.
Many of the tracts look out across the San Bois ridges. A large creek runs through the heart of Stone Bridge, and wet-weather branches cut through the hollows, giving deer, turkey and black bear plenty of cover and water.
Room for Trails, Hunting and a Cabin
With 12 to 79 acres per tract, Phase II has space for ATV and horseback trails, a hunting stand on every ridge and a cabin set well back from the road. There's even a sheer rock face in the development for climbers and hikers. Robbers Cave State Park is a short drive away, and the Fourche Maline River west of Wilburton is stocked for winter trout fishing.
Access
Every tract is surveyed and pinned. A maintained county road reaches the entrance, then unmaintained dirt mountain roads lead to each lot. A 4WD vehicle is highly recommended.
Utilities and Water
There are no power lines in Stone Bridge, so plan on solar or a generator. Water comes from a private well drilled at the owner's cost; check with a licensed Oklahoma well driller about depth and yield. The area gets around 50 inches of rain a year, and the creeks run strong after a storm.
Owner Financing, No Credit Check
Every tract is sold with in-house owner financing. There's no credit check and no bank involved, and you can camp, hunt or build from the day you sign.
