If you do not agree, do not use our services. These Terms apply to all users, including those who access our services through our iOS or Android apps; our apps may link to this page for full terms.

2. Use of Our Services

You agree to:

• Use our website and apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Provide accurate information when submitting leads, making payments, or communicating with us
• Not misuse our systems (e.g., spam, fraud, unauthorized scraping, or interference with our or others' use)

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use our website and apps for personal, non-commercial use related to land purchase and owner financing.

3. Land Listings, Financing, and Payments

Property listings, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Owner financing terms (e.g., $999 down, $249 closing, 10-year terms, monthly payment amounts) are as described at the time of your contract. Payment obligations are governed by your signed land contract and related documents. Making a payment or submitting a lead does not, by itself, create a binding land purchase until a contract is executed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

4. Communications — Email and SMS (Opt-In, Opt-Out, HELP, Frequency)

By providing your phone number and opting in (e.g., checking a box that you agree to receive messages from Zero Credit Land), you consent to receive automated and non-automated promotional and transactional SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Opt-out (SMS): Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
• Message frequency: Varies; you may receive multiple messages per week depending on your preferences and account status.

We may also send you transactional and promotional emails in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. These communication terms apply to use of our website and mobile apps (iOS and Android).

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (e.g., by email, in-app notice, or on our website). Your continued use of our website or apps after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using our services. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zero Credit Land and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our website, apps, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if any.

8. Governing Law; Arbitration; Waiver of Court and Jury

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration, not in court. You and Zero Credit Land each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action. Arbitration shall be administered in Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or another mutually agreed arbitrator) and conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding. The foregoing does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction, or from bringing an individual action in small-claims court if the dispute qualifies.

Waiver. By using our services, you agree to resolve disputes through arbitration and waive any right to litigate in court or to a jury trial, except as stated above.
